I do appreciate the charging brick and wire after my original complaint due to the price of the product. However, the charge plug does not fit into the mask securely enough to keep the mask lit. It’s a horribly product for the price point. Will advise everyone I know the they should purchase a similar process from a reputable manufacturer due to the poor quality. I’ll be purchasing another mask from a different company. I will share my experience on social media, with friends and family. Most importantly I will contact better business bureau and attorney generals office
