Orders will be sent via UPS, U.S. Postal Service, or DHL. U.S. customers can expect to receive their orders in 1-3 business days. However, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, especially if you are a non-U.S. customer.

Customs & Duties: U.S. customers will not have to pay any customs duties. Customers from regions including Canada, the European Union and others may receive a notice from the custom's authority or the delivery carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) to submit customs tax payment before your package is delivered. To save on customs duties, contact the shipping carrier directly and request a self-declaration form and instructions on how to complete the process. You may be able to save about half the cost on customs fees.

If you are a customer from the EU and already have an EORI number, please email us with your details when you order. This will ensure the fastest delivery to you. Not everyone will need one, but having one expedites the customs process. Returns: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on any returns.
